CAM

Continuing Airworthiness Manager

Ensures aircraft remain airworthy and available for training.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Prerequisites

  • Part-66 licence (Category B1 or B2) or Part-147 qualification, or demonstrable equivalent experience in continuing airworthiness management.
  • Practical experience coordinating with a CAMO or Part-145 organisation.
  • Working knowledge of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO, and continuing airworthiness documentation.
  • Proficiency in English for technical and regulatory correspondence.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with the contracted CAMO for maintenance coordination.
  • Tracking maintenance schedules, defect rectification, and technical records.
  • Monitoring airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and logbook entries.
  • Advising the COO and Head of Training on aircraft status and limitations.
  • Reporting any airworthiness-related issues that could affect safety or training continuity.
BOM

Base Operation Manager

Oversees daily base-level activities and personnel.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Prerequisites

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in aviation ground operations, flight support, or aerodrome management.
  • Supervisory experience and ability to manage operational teams.
  • Working knowledge of EASA Part-ORA and ATO operational procedures.
  • Strong safety awareness and documentation discipline.
  • Proficiency in English; Hungarian language skills advantageous for local operations.

Responsibilities

  • Managing ground operations, flight support, and facility readiness at the assigned base.
  • Ensuring adherence to operational standards, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Supervising Flight Duty Officers and ensuring resources (fuel, hangar, briefing rooms) are available.
  • Acting as the local point of contact for operational coordination and safety reporting.
TP

Training Planner

Coordinates scheduling and planning of all theoretical and flight training.

Reports to: Head of Training

Prerequisites

  • Experience in scheduling, resource planning, or training administration (aviation preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with digital scheduling systems; FlightLogger experience is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate training records.
  • Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Producing and maintaining the master training schedule.
  • Aligning instructor, aircraft, and simulator availability with course progress.
  • Supporting the Head of Training and CFI/CTKI in strategic planning.
  • Monitoring utilization rates and reporting conflicts or delays.
  • Updating FlightLogger schedules and verifying training data accuracy.
TA

Training Administrator

Manages student administration and documentation.

Reports to: Head of Training

Prerequisites

  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in administrative, customer service, or training support roles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and data management tools.
  • High accuracy in handling personal and training documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support international students.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Validating and maintaining student personal and training records in FlightLogger and SharePoint.
  • Coordinating enrollment, billing, and document collection.
  • Assisting students with administrative matters such as accommodation and visas.
  • Organizing examinations and issuing student IDs.
  • Supporting the Head of Training and Client Relations Manager in communication with students.
CRM

Client Relations Manager

Ensures efficient communication and support between students, partners, and the academy.

Reports to: Accountable Manager
Daily supervisor: Head of Training

Prerequisites

  • Experience in client relations, account management, or student advisory roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage onboarding processes and verify applicant eligibility.
  • Experience in aviation, education, or international service environments preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; Hungarian and additional languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client onboarding and verification of training prerequisites.
  • Coordinating student communication, feedback, and issue resolution.
  • Organizing meetings and progress reviews with the Head of Training.
  • Supporting marketing and partner relations as assigned by the Accountable Manager.
ITL

Instructor Team Leader

Supports the Chief Flight Instructor in coordinating and supervising assigned flight instructors and students.

Reports to: Chief Flight Instructor

Prerequisites

  • Valid EASA FI(A) rating on a CPL(A) or ATPL(A) licence.
  • Minimum 300 hours total flight time and 100 hours dual instruction given (or equivalent as accepted by the CFI).
  • Current medical certificate and relevant class/type ratings for the TOGA fleet.
  • Demonstrated standardization ability and leadership in flight instruction.
  • Thorough knowledge of Part-FCL, the approved Training Manual, and TOGA SOPs.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the immediate point of contact between Flight Instructors and the CFI.
  • Monitoring training progress within the assigned group of students and reporting any deviations or training difficulties.
  • Ensuring standardization of instructional techniques and compliance with the approved Training Manual.
  • Organizing weekly coordination meetings with assigned instructors and providing feedback to the CFI and HOT.
  • Reviewing flight records and student progress in FlightLogger and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Promoting adherence to the Safety and Compliance policies at operational level.
TITL

Theoretical Instructor Team Leader

Supports the Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor in managing theoretical instructors and coordinating classroom or CBT instruction.

Reports to: Chief Theoretical Knowledge Instructor

Prerequisites

  • Valid EASA FI(A) or TKI qualification with theoretical knowledge instruction privileges.
  • Experience delivering ATPL/CPL theoretical knowledge training.
  • Strong command of assigned subjects and EASA-approved syllabi.
  • Classroom and/or CBT delivery experience.
  • Proficiency in English for instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily theoretical training delivery and monitoring adherence to lesson plans.
  • Reviewing student attendance, progress, and performance in coordination with the CTKI and Training Administrator.
  • Supporting theoretical instructors with standardization and teaching methodology.
  • Ensuring classrooms and teaching aids are properly prepared and maintained.
  • Participating in course reviews and assisting the CTKI in improving course content and structure.
FI

Flight Instructor

Delivers flight and flight-simulation training in accordance with EASA Part-FCL, approved Training Manuals, and company procedures.

Reports to: Instructor Team Leader
Functionally supervised by: CFI

Prerequisites

  • Valid EASA FI(A) rating on a CPL(A) or ATPL(A) licence.
  • Minimum 200 hours total flight time, in accordance with Part-FCL requirements for the FI certificate held.
  • Current medical certificate and class/type ratings applicable to assigned training aircraft.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the Training Manual, OM, and SOPs.
  • Commitment to safety culture and instructional standardization.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and conducting flight and simulator training sessions as scheduled in FlightLogger.
  • Maintaining up-to-date familiarity with all relevant manuals (OMM, OM, TRM, SOPs, SMS).
  • Ensuring that all exercises are conducted safely and in accordance with published standards.
  • Evaluating and documenting student performance and submitting reports through FlightLogger.
  • Participating in instructor meetings, safety briefings, and standardization training.
  • Reporting occurrences, hazards, or deviations to the CFI and Safety Manager without delay.
TKI

Theoretical Knowledge Instructor

Conducts classroom or computer-based theoretical instruction under the supervision of the CTKI.

Reports to: Theoretical Instructor Team Leader
Functionally supervised by: CTKI

Prerequisites

  • EASA TKI qualification (Part-FCL FCL.915) or FI(A) with theoretical instruction privileges.
  • Degree or specialist qualification in the assigned theoretical subject area preferred.
  • Experience in classroom or CBT instruction.
  • Sound knowledge of the approved syllabi and Training Manual.
  • Proficiency in English for instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering assigned theoretical subjects in accordance with the approved syllabi.
  • Maintaining lesson records, student attendance, and evaluation results.
  • Ensuring instructional content remains current and aligned with the relevant Training Manual.
  • Reporting student progress and performance to the TITL and CTKI.
  • Participating in instructor meetings, workshops, and course review sessions.
  • Promoting adherence to the organization's Safety and Compliance policies.
FDO

Flight Duty Officer

Provides operational support to flight crews and instructors at the training base.

Reports to: Chief Flight Instructor
Supervised by: Chief Flight Instructor

Prerequisites

  • Experience in aerodrome operations, ground handling, or flight operations support.
  • Basic aviation operational knowledge and commitment to safety procedures.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate operational records.
  • Physical ability to support basic ground handling and facility readiness tasks.
  • Proficiency in English; Hungarian language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the daily flight schedule and ensuring aircraft, briefing rooms, and documentation are ready for operations.
  • Assisting with pre-flight preparations, refueling coordination, and basic ground handling as per SOPs.
  • Updating status information in FlightLogger and reporting operational issues to the Base Operation Manager.
  • Ensuring proper documentation, cleanliness, and readiness of facilities.
  • Immediately reporting any hazard, occurrence, or deviation to the Safety Manager or Base Operation Manager.
